Revolution for Cats & Dogs
Revolution is a safe and simple way to protect your pet from a range of common parasites. It prevents heartworm disease while treating and controlling fleas (including flea eggs and larvae) and ear mites in both cats and dogs, hookworms and roundworms in cats and sarcoptes mites in dogs. This effective medication is applied to the skin of your pet once a month.
How Revolution for Cats & Dogs works
After applying, Revolution is quickly absorbed into your pet’s bloodstream, skin, and hair, killing fleas, heartworm, and other parasites that can harm your pet. Revolution will then protect your pet for an entire month. As Revolution moves into your pet’s skin and hair, it goes straight to killing fleas, flea larvae, flea eggs, and other external parasites.

What is the proper administration of Revolution for Cats & Dogs?
Revolution Flea Control is a once-a-month topical application for dogs and cats. Application is quick and easy and the product should only be applied to a dry animal. The product is waterproof, therefore, normal bathing, swimming, etc. can continue after two hours.
The correct tube size should be selected for each animal and individual tubes should not be shared between several animals. The cap on the tube should be pushed downwards onto the tube until a "click" is heard and then the cap should be removed. The hair at the base of the neck should be parted to skin level and the entire contents of the tube squeezed onto this area. Do not rub in the liquid.
The concentration of the active ingredient in the Revolution for Dog and Revolution for Cat products is different so the correct package should be used for the correct breed as noted on the package label.
The doses and pack sizes are as follows:
Revolution for Cats
Puppies and kittens up to 2.5kg - pink pack
Cats up to 7.5kg - blue pack
Revolution for Dogs
Puppies and kittens up to 2.5kg - pink pack
Very small dogs 2.6-5kg - purple pack
Small dogs 5-10kg - brown pack
Medium dogs 10-20kg - red pack
Large dogs 20-40kg - teal pack
For dogs larger than 40kg - use the appropriate combination of sizes.
What are the precautions when using Revolution for Cats & Dogs?
Prior to the administration of Revolution, dogs should be tested for existing heartworm infections. At the discretion of the veterinarian, infected dogs should be treated to remove adult heartworms. Revolution is not effective against adult D. immitis and, while the number of circulating microfilariae may decrease following treatment, Revolution is not effective for microfilariae clearance.
Hypersensitivity reactions have not been observed in dogs with patent heartworm infections administered three times the recommended dose of Revolution. Higher doses were not tested.

Fleas gone
The first time I used revolution on my cats within an hour of using it there were dead fleas falling off my cat. The product has done wonders even when we have had a flea infestation within a week of application of the cats and vacuuming the flea problem was all but gone. The price is reasonable and because our cats are indoor only we usually only have to do one application a year during summer. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Revolution is the best
I love this product and that it takes care of not just fleas/ticks but also provides heartworm protection for my girl Shoogie, my 12 yr old pit bull and her companions Miley, mixed breed rescue and Chance boxer mix rescue. We now have another rescue, blue tick coonhound Cooper and will be getting more of the revolution.

Out of control fleas on my cats
My cat was primarily a house cat but I let him out on occasion. He got into a fight with a stray cat and got fleas and gave them to my other cat. I thought since it was late November in Michigan I did not need to continue with the Revolution during the winter months but strays have fleas year round. When I purchased the Revolution and gave it to both my cats it killed off all fleas and as promised, when fleas hatched or fleas in the house got back on them they were killed off too. No more fleas. Revolution is Great
I can't get this product from my vet and I really like that it takes care of both fleas and heartworms and it works great on my dogs.. I have been ordering from you for years now as you always have the best prices and prompt delivery. I want to say thank you for taking care of us un the U.S.
helps rescue cats, IF MEASURED CORRECTLY, I divide large dog dose give 1/3 of one cc to a cat safely.
This product is the only thing that works when we get a flea problem, which is only when we havent givin it to the cats early enough. It is the best product, because, while most all other flea spot items for dogs will kill a cat,... Revolution will not! Why???? Because, it is the exact ingrediants in both the cat and the dog box, the only difference, is the tube have more or less in each tube. We save so much money and buy the biggest dog size, and pour it into a plastic tiny pop botle lid and with a syringe, (NO NEEDLE) which you can buy at most pet stores, I draw up 1/3 cc or 1/3 ml (same measurement) and put on the cats shoulder blades after parting the hair to find skin to apply product to. we are able to do each cat for less than $2.00 this way instead of buying the box with the cat on it. We save hundreds each month this way, also****It worms the cat, and kills earmites for the month. The flea and worming properties usually last more than one month, but the ear mite problem goes away for 30 days for sure. I usually give it to the cats every other month in the flea season. the rest of the year, I worm them some other way, if I have a big bottle of wormer which is always messy . We love this product.

Revolution
I love using Revolution. I live in the south so its hard to find a good product that really helps kill the fleas during the hottest months and has heart worm prevention all in one. I've been using Revolution for 5 years now and will continue to use Revolution in the future. It is a topical so it makes the fur hard for about a day but then it's gone after that. I usually wait to bath my pets a couple days after application if I have to and it still works. We've been flea free for 5 years which makes me happy because fleas can be a HUGE problem once inside your home.
