We have a shcshu,Maltese,3siberian huskys .Joes Pet Meds makes it so easy to keep all our dogs healthy and at prices you can't beat!Shipping is cheap and it gets here fast !Our Maltese was allergic to any we tried til I ordered Advantage Multi he does great no reactions at all.We will keep ordering from Joes and telling family and friends. I learned about Joe's several years ago from my brother-in-law when I was complaining about the high cost of flea products for my dogs. I checked them out and became a fan. Since then I've bought a lot of flea, tick & heartworm meds for my dogs and cats. I periodically compare their prices to other discount stores and stay with Joe's every time. Now my daughter is buying from Joe's for her animals.

The product is wonderful, not anything on the market can compare in my opinion. The reason for the low rating, It took 12 to 16 weeks to get it. After 8 to 10 weeks I was able to get a good source to communicate with Joe's as the number's and address they show do not work, anyways, when I inquired as to what happened to my order and they checked, it was never shipped. They then wanted to know if I still wanted the product, so this ate up another 2 to 4 weeks, and there was no question that I still wanted the product and finally received the order within 2 to 4 weeks. so, love the product and love the price, it's the shipping and poor communication that was the cause for a low rating. But, they may have had a bad day and so I will give them the benefit of a doubt and have just ordered from them again, hopefully it will be a better experience this time in terms of shipping and communication.
