Overview
Milberon (Generic Sentinel Flavour Tabs) prevents heartworm disease in dogs and pupplies. Milberon also controls flea populations by breaking the flea cycle at the egg stage, controls adult hookworm infections, removes and controls adult roundworm and whipworm infections in dogs and puppies. Milberon contains the same active ingredients as Sentinel Flavour Tabs. Milberon must be administered monthly.

Active Ingredients
- Milbemycin Oxime: Eliminates the tissue stage of heartworm larvae and the adult stage of hookworm (Ancylostoma caninum), roundworm (Toxocara canis and Toxascaris leonina) and whipworm (Trichuris vulpis) infestations when administered orally according to the recommended dosage schedule.
- Lufenuron: Is an insect development inhibitor which breaks the flea life cycle by inhibiting egg development. Lufenuron has no effect on the adult flea. After biting a lufenuron-treated dog, the female flea ingests a blood meal containing lufenuron which is subsequently deposited in her eggs. Lufenuron prevents most flea eggs from hatching or maturing into adults and thus prevents and controls flea populations by breaking the life cycle.

Available in several weight-based variants to cater to the needs of dogs and puppies of different sizes. Ensure to choose the appropriate dose for your pet's weight.
Usage Instructions
Milberon is given orally, once a month, at the recommended minimum dosage of 0.23 mg/lb (0.5 mg/kg) Milbemycin Oxime and 4.55 mg/lb (10 mg/kg) Lufenuron. Dogs over 100 lbs are provided the appropriate combination of tablets. Most dogs will consume the tablet when offered by the owner. As an alternative to direct dosing, the tablets can be hidden in food. Be certain the dog consumes the entire tablet or tablets. Administer Milberon to dogs immediately after or in conjunction with a normal meal. Food is essential for adequate absorption of Lufenuron.

quick monthly dose and I like that it helps control fleas while also covering some common parasites. My cat takes it without much fuss, especially when mixed with a little food. So far it’s been simple, affordable, and has worked well for us.

Thank you for this great price. I work with a lot of low income elderly clients who can't afford dog meds. Fleas are such a huge problem in Florida.Vet visits are expensive and this product is a huge help for them and myself.

I am so glad I found this product. I have used it on all sizes of dogs from 3 lb Chihuahuas to over a hundred lbs ( on the Vet's scales) Rottweilers. They have all responded well and have shown no signs of any ill effects. It is easy to use and saves me time and money. Thanks Joe's Pet Meds.

I have been buying Preventor for years. I keep all my dogs on it all the time, 12 months of the year. I live in an area where it can get up to 70 degrees F in January or 20 degrees in January. We never know, I have seen mosquitoes in January and February so I take no chances and keep Preventor in the house all the time.

I have been ordering and using this flea/heartworm control for about 3 years and I have found it to be the best on the market even though it is the generic form. When we moved to Florida from Arizona we had been using Frontline for flea control. For over a year we still battled fleas and I tried every other brand that I could afford, then I found Joe's Pet Meds and Preventer Plus. With the first use the fleas disappeared within 2 days! I had ordered this at the start of spring and let me tell you, I didn't see one flea this year! Its a great product. To have flea control and worm control including heart worm in one product is the best way to go. I saw no side effects in either of my dogs.
