Revolution for Cats & Dogs
Revolution is a safe and simple way to protect your pet from a range of common parasites. It prevents heartworm disease while treating and controlling fleas (including flea eggs and larvae) and ear mites in both cats and dogs, hookworms and roundworms in cats and sarcoptes mites in dogs. This effective medication is applied to the skin of your pet once a month.
How Revolution for Cats & Dogs works
After applying, Revolution is quickly absorbed into your pet’s bloodstream, skin, and hair, killing fleas, heartworm, and other parasites that can harm your pet. Revolution will then protect your pet for an entire month. As Revolution moves into your pet’s skin and hair, it goes straight to killing fleas, flea larvae, flea eggs, and other external parasites.

What is the proper administration of Revolution for Cats & Dogs?
Revolution Flea Control is a once-a-month topical application for dogs and cats. Application is quick and easy and the product should only be applied to a dry animal. The product is waterproof, therefore, normal bathing, swimming, etc. can continue after two hours.
The correct tube size should be selected for each animal and individual tubes should not be shared between several animals. The cap on the tube should be pushed downwards onto the tube until a "click" is heard and then the cap should be removed. The hair at the base of the neck should be parted to skin level and the entire contents of the tube squeezed onto this area. Do not rub in the liquid.
The concentration of the active ingredient in the Revolution for Dog and Revolution for Cat products is different so the correct package should be used for the correct breed as noted on the package label.
The doses and pack sizes are as follows:
Revolution for Cats
Puppies and kittens up to 2.5kg - pink pack
Cats up to 7.5kg - blue pack
Revolution for Dogs
Puppies and kittens up to 2.5kg - pink pack
Very small dogs 2.6-5kg - purple pack
Small dogs 5-10kg - brown pack
Medium dogs 10-20kg - red pack
Large dogs 20-40kg - teal pack
For dogs larger than 40kg - use the appropriate combination of sizes.
What are the precautions when using Revolution for Cats & Dogs?
Prior to the administration of Revolution, dogs should be tested for existing heartworm infections. At the discretion of the veterinarian, infected dogs should be treated to remove adult heartworms. Revolution is not effective against adult D. immitis and, while the number of circulating microfilariae may decrease following treatment, Revolution is not effective for microfilariae clearance.
Hypersensitivity reactions have not been observed in dogs with patent heartworm infections administered three times the recommended dose of Revolution. Higher doses were not tested.

Love my Revolution
I have used this for many years and have seen no signs of resistance to the product. It keeps by animals free of fleas and in Florida that is not easy. Thanks so much Joes Pet Meds.
Revolution Huge Plus!
We have used Revolution for our cats for at least 15 years and have been very pleased with the results. Having rescued over 20 cats, all with fleas and other parasites it has been imperative to have something that really works. After just one use of this product and continued maintenance every month we have never seen a flea on any of them nor have they had internal parasites. We have 6 cats that never go outside but they once got fleas that we brought in from rescuing a litter of kittens. Fleas can take over a house in no time but we didn't have any problem at all after putting Revolution on all of our "babies" just one time. We swear by it and have recommended it to every cat owner we know. Every one of them has thanked us for the advice. It's truly a product that does what it says it will do and it's easy to use. We use it now because there are outside cats and we live in the woods where there are deer and other critters that have fleas. Even the outdoor cats never have fleas on them. To say we are pleased with Revolution is an understatement. There's no way we'd ever use anything else. We rated it 5 stars but would gladly rate it higher if we had the option.
Great products for the BEST prices
I buy all my dog and cat flea and heart meds through Joe's Pet Meds. Their products are great and you don't need a prescription from the vet which can get pretty expensive when you have several dogs and cats. The prices are really reasonable and much cheaper than our local vet. I highly recommend Joe's Pet Meds to all of my animal loving friends.
Best Combination Med EVER!
Flea control, multi-worm control, ear mite control, and it comes in a topical liquid. This is everything that I want in a pet medicine that I can order online without the need of an office visit and payment to get a prescription. Top this off with the best prices in the universe. I don't shop anywhere else.
Multiple Cats, multiple years.
We have had between 3 and 10 cats for the past 10 years. We have tried other brands. This is the only product I would use. Easy to apply and it really works!
Revolution Flea Treatment
I used to purchase Revolution from my vets office until I found Joe's Pet Meds. I have been extremely happy with ordering online and found this product to be as effective as the one I was purchasing at a higher cost from my veterinarian. I have recommended Joe's Pet Meds to many of my friends!

you need a rx to get this at a vet office. in addition to paying $20 or more each. this product is great! I have 8 rescues and thanks to Joes Pet Meds, I can take all of them!!!
REVOLUTION FOR CATS
Revolution is the best and safest pet med you can buy[ + it's the only one that is "prescription med. only" by some vets & retailers] This is the only topical flea & heart worm med. my adult female [ Jaguar Beauty] can handle ! She became sick from my having given her Hartz flea med. I will NEVER use any Flea med. other than Revolution on any of my pets !
Awesome Product
This product is fantastic, works great and leaves virtually no oily wet spot where applied, which with the other 2 leading brands was always a problem, both our cats don't even know it's there. Also great service from Joe's, being in the USA we were reluctant to order, but Joe's had our product to us in a matter of days!!
